During my personal training, privacy, results and technique are key. I help you train effectively, providing you with a new tailored training schedule every class. This schedule includes both strength training and cardio. So you never get bored and we always step it up a notch on the way to your exercise goal.

DUO personal training

Would you prefer to exercise with a friend, colleague or family member, but do you want personal attention during your workout? Then choose DUO personal training. You each train at your own level according to your individual schedule, which changes every class. I guide you and your sports buddy throughout the entire class. That way, you both get the most out of your DUO personal training.

Small group training

Do you feel more motivated by working out in a group? Then Totaal Fit’s Small group training is ideal for you. In a group of 3 to 4 people, you follow a different training circuit each class. You rotate between equipment and free weights, taking into account your individual levels. I set everything up and guide you during the Small group training.

Your Personal training in Haarlem in 5 steps

  1. The first contact. Here, we make an appointment for an informal informative conversation in my private studio.
  2. During this conversation, you will learn about me and the facilities in my studio. Like the sound of it? Then we’ll schedule the first class.
  3. Your first class consists of an intake session with test exercises to determine your training goal and current level. I will base your initial training schedule on this.
  4. You will do supervised exercises according to an individual schedule. This changes every class. That’s how I keep your training challenging.
  5. We regularly evaluate progress. How are your goals going, do you need something different? Together, we work specifically on your goals and results.

You can send me a WhatsApp me for this. If you are following Small group training, and you want to come and train at a different time than agreed, then I will give you a time and/or group where there is still room. Small group training continues with a minimum of 2 people. Want to cancel your training? Then you can cancel free of charge via WhatsApp up to 24 hours in advance. You can read more about this in my general terms and conditions.

I teach by appointment only, from 08:00 on Mondays to Saturday afternoons. For evening workouts, you can visit me on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Request your preferred day and time via WhatsApp or email, and we will schedule your personal training session.

Every class is different, and always challenges you at your level. In my private fitness studio, you will use the following sports equipment, among others:

  • A multifunctional squat rack with bench
  • Elastics and a TRX
  • Dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells
  • A rowing machine, a bike, and a special treadmill, which you drive with your own movement

I take that into account, of course. I set your individual training schedule so that you find enough challenge within your capabilities. Whether that is more strength or more fitness.
