In collaboration with your treating specialist, I create a training schedule that suits you and your body. That schedule changes every workout and takes into account your problems. I continuously coach you 1-on-1 during your session, adjusting the exercises where necessary. With supervised exercise, together we make sure you feel better about yourself. What is possible?

As an Exercise Health Specialist, I have completed accredited training at Sport&People to offer medical fitness exercise. With the knowledge and experience I have gained, I write effective tailor-made training plans to complement the medical treatment of all kinds of conditions and injuries. This supports in alleviating and preventing physical complaints.
No. Medical fitness exercise supplements your treatment with your physiotherapist, doctor or other (para)medical specialist. At Totaal Fit you will not get a diagnosis or a medical treatment plan. However, I do draw up a training schedule for you in consultation with your care provider, so that it fits perfectly with your treatment and your possibilities.
I cooperate with various physiotherapists, general practitioners and other (para)medical specialists. They can refer you to me if you want to support your treatment with medical fitness exercise. You can also discuss your interest in this form of fitness exercise yourself with your treatment provider.
No worries. In the course of the posture analysis and in every session, we look together at what can be done. Where necessary, in consultation with you and your treating specialist, I adjust the training.

I give medical fitness lessons by appointment only, from 08:00 on Mondays to Saturday afternoons. For evening sessions, you can come on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Request your desired day and time via WhatsApp or email, and we will schedule your supervised exercise session.

Yes, you can. For this, you can buy a Totaal Fit gift card at my studio. Choose the amount you want to give as a gift, and that amount will be deducted from the cost of a medical fitness exercise session. Of course, this includes an intake interview, so that the workout matches the physical challenges present.
